Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days of the date your order was received.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In their original condition, with tags still attached

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Any worn or washed clothing

Return Shipping

  • For returns: the cost of shipping the item back to Akwatix is the customer's responsibility.
  • For exchanges: the cost of shipping the item back to Akwatix is the customer's responsibility. However, Akwatix covers the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item back to the customer, once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • If the item received is defective or if there was an error in your order, Akwatix will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing may take 5 to 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at contact@akwatix.ca.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at contact@akwatix.ca with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and provide next steps.
