1. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure you have a smooth and stress-free experience:
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached.
Exchanges: If you would like a different size, color, or style, we will gladly exchange it for you, subject to availability.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contact@akwatix.ca with your order number and reason for the return/exchange. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Exchanges: We cover the shipping costs for exchanges.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including:
Items marked as final sale.
Customized or personalized items.
Worn or washed apparel.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us immediately at contact@akwatix.ca with a photo of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
