We’re committed to getting your Akwatix gear to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During product drops, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping time
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Canada: 3–8 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

Please check size charts carefully before ordering.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with original packaging when possible

  • Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
